I currently don't have any of my recipes online, but I generally use a lot of Jamil Zainasheff's recipes as a jumping off point. Many of his recipes can be found here.

He also recently released a book, Brewing Classic Styles, with his recipes, but I don't have it yet.

Another excellent resource for developing your own recipes is Designing Great Beers by Ray Daniels.
